XIM has experience in developing data warehouses in the area of Law Enforcement,  firearms/gun trafficking analysis, Inspections case management, Alcohol & Tobacco related information, classified Intelligence information, Firearms and Alcohol product registration, collections/fee based systems and Financial & Administrative Management. XIM has experience in overseeing the design and implementation of the Firearms Tracing System, federal firearms licensee system, multiple sales system and the associated data warehouse.  The completed data warehouse provides a single repository for visual analysis and Geographical information systems.  XIM oversaw the development of the  Environmental Protection Agency's Pesticide Registration Information System (PRISM) data warehouse and reporting system and Compass Data Warehouse(CDW). The CDW feeds multiple data repositories used for enterprise reporting and is an information resource for over 10,000 users nationwide. The XIM team was the architect responsible for in overseeing the design and implementation of the Compass Business Object Reporting (CBOR) and the visualization component CBOR-V. The CBOR and CBOR-V ensure quick, accurate data retrieval and comparison of administrative, budget, payroll, and financial data across the agency.
